My journey with dieting was a roller coaster — started in high school and continued through years of calorie cutting, Beachbody workouts, and post-pregnancy frustration. Nothing really stuck. Around my 40th birthday I tried a macro-based approach with a coach, and for the first time things actually changed — the weight, my energy, my relationship with food.

That experience is why I built NEW U. The nutrition industry is loud and confusing. Women deserve a coach who teaches the why, not just hands out a meal plan. I coach with education, encouragement, and empowerment — so the changes outlast the engagement.

Wife. Mom of two. Migraine warrior turned functional nutrition coach.

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with migraines — worse in college, despite every medication I tried. About 15 years ago I started cleaning up my diet and noticed the frequency drop. From there I moved to a functional doctor to look for root causes, and eventually got certified as a Functional Nutrition Coach myself.

I also bring my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) training to this work. Health changes don't fail because of bad meal plans — they fail in the behavior change. I help women bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, every day, even when motivation fades.
