Jen and Amy started NEW U because the nutrition industry is built on confusion — and women pay the price. We've both lived it: yo-yo dieting, food sensitivities, migraines, postpartum struggles, the endless cycle of plans that never stuck. What did work was education, macros, and a coach in your corner.
Now we coach other women the same way — focused on the long game. We're both certified functional nutrition coaches; Amy is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which means we don't just hand you a meal plan, we help you actually change your habits.
